Miller Center of Social Entrepreneurship

Having well-designed, concise, and impactful content keeps busy entrepreneurs engaged in programs and prevent dropouts. It strengthens the program’s brand and marketing appeal for future cohorts.

Miller Center’s Accelerator faced high dropout rates due to poor engagement. I led a program revamp, identifying poor communication and lack of connection as core issues. I redesigned materials, added regular check-ins, and rewrote emails. As a result, the program saw:
